CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 22, 2012) - TVI Pacific Inc. (TSX:TVI) (OTCQX:TVIPF) (TVI or the Company) announces that it will be webcasting the corporate presentation portion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders made by Clifford M. James , President and CEO of the Company. TVI's Annual General Meeting will be held on May 24, 2012, at the Metropolitan Conference Centre (333 - 4 Avenue S.W.), with the formal part of the meeting commencing at 3:00 p.m. mountain time.
